She does have an accent. She uses different words at the end of her sentences. I don't do my reps so I don't know what they're called copula? but where you'd usually hear "da" she always says "ja" which is the most obvious thing for someone who hardly understands it. That'd place her accent from anywhere but the blue or yellow highlighted area. It sounds hot either way, the same way an Appalachian accent somehow just really clicks on a dime piece even when it's gross everywhere else.
