They would have specialty farms, no doubt about that. Things like undead grey mushroom would be a big money maker in undead kingdoms. Normal food can't be made there but special kinds of fruits and such can be farmed.

Normal meat is hard to come by since all animal life has become dark-beasts or something of that nature and has had their meat altered by it. I'm not sure what that meat would be like and what it would do.

Undead are my number one favorite species, and I believe any other monstergirl type I like can be improved through Undeath.
