I've been working on a pastebin story aggregator, as a sort of companion to the writer list. While I get that ready I collected some neat stats about the state of MG fiction:

Of 215 writers on the list (that publish to pastebin and haven't deleted their stories or their account), 84 were active in the last year, 60 in the last six months, and 21 in the last 30 days.

The average writer has 15 stories, but 8 is the median. The top ~17% of writers produced 50% of stories.

I also made two charts, this one showing stories per year (as of today) and another one for the top authors on pastebin. You can find both here.
