Some nights, if I've fallen into bed delusional enough, I'll have the same fantasy.

The windows rattle, as though there's a strong wind outside. But there's little more than a cool breeze outside.

Then they smash open completely. There's a flash of smoke, engulfing the whole room and my vision.

Slowly it dissipitates. The mist disappears, with a figure becoming clearer and clearer.

It's her.

Hijiri standing before me. All gradient hair and lily scents.

I just sit there bewildered. She blushes and walks over. Sits on the bed. With a disposition that betrays years and years - unfathomable lengths of time, for you and I - of experience, of maturity and understanding and maybe affection.

She has that, you know, that melancholy look she always seems to have. No matter what. If you look close enough in almost every picture of Byakuren, there's a sadness hiding beneath her always.

But this time it goes away as the smoke did.

She turns around and looks at me.

And then she...

Smiles.

Now I feel bad for reporting you earlier even though I didn't really.

Let's please chalk it up to being tsundere, or something like that...

She gets me so hard and helps me meditate afterward.
