I think the point is that if monstergirls are "the thing with baleful glowing eyes that knocks you down and steals your seed", then "betrayal by loved ones" is a moot point because she's your rapist not your loved one.

NTR is trash, don't get me wrong, but it wouldn't start an actual dumpster fire if not for the fact that monstergirls are viewed as waifu material rather than oneshot RPG enemies with post-combat rape.

Can't have relationship betrayal if you don't have a relationship.
