Protip: using random filenames make you easier to profile.
Whenever you see same MD5 reposted with the similar posting style but each filename is unique timestamp, you immediately know it's a tinfoil hatter using filename randomizer. Normal files in circulation have some repetition patterns, either repeating timestamps when saved without 4chanX or repeating filenames when saved through it.

Another interesting bit of trivia to know: JPGs posted nowadays aren't MD5 identical to older posts with same file, because 4chan didn't always strip JPG metadata. Curiously, PNG metadata still lets you do fun things.
