Kuromu quit from being treated like shit by management and coworkers, Hinako got sexually harassed in such a way that she didn't even attend her retirement stream if I'm recalling right, Eli was in the literal exact same position of exploding overnight but at least she attended, Akane got brutally kicked out as well and is still in a shitty limbo but people want to keep on going as if nothing fucking happened.
