Sorry, but even with the new project and script on the web, the interest has been close to nil (exam time about now?).

With just me working on it, this is as good as it will get - unless you want fanfiction instead of translation...

Ehh, the best way is probably Susie with a TLG plugin (I won't look for the links right now, but should be easy enough to find).

There's also a tool called "krktpc" included with the Kirikiri SDK, which is *supposed* to convert between formats. We've had a lot of problems with lost alpha channel, odd colours, etc., though, so we decided to have the image editors check their own work and convert to TLG before committing changes to SVN...

The image-related (including Subversion) info really needs to be organized and put up on the wiki. I'll try to do it by next week.

Alternatively, sushimonster and rampage202 are both "in the know" about the process...
