something that solicits the kind of reaction like "why does this even exist/how do people even think of this" BUT upon discovery/watching you think "hey this is bretty good/something that the world has been missing out on all this time"
at least this is my interpretation of your statements

i don't think I've seen too many that fit this criteria fully but on some level, I feel like a lot of JAV is on this spectrum or at least using existing tropes and adding some extra absurdity and uniqueness. E.g. the "(step)mother discovers son's AV collection/masturbation habits" is a really common trope but Rin Okae had a title (JUL-519) that puts a subtle spin on this with her finding her son's penis pump instead and fucks him a bunch of times to assess his progress
