I partially agree. In the real world, smoking destroys women and makes them age even quicker, so most smokers are unusable roasties when they're 30. I usually stop interacting with people when I find out they're smokers. But because Mokou is immortal, her lungs don't fill up with tar and she doesn't get the negative effects of smoking. Also, she doesn't stink like a smoker does, but rather smells like caramellized sugar.
