Here's some theoretical numberfagging for you.
This is a chart showing what a holo's hourly wage would be, assuming that instead of joining hololive, they started a 9 to 5 job on the day of their debut instead, and that all the superchat money they've made up until now was the total amount they've earned at that job. The total superchat amount is reduced to 35% before calculating the hourly wage to accurately represent the actual amount they've earned (based on the 30/35/35 split Coco said she got).
The following holos would have earned under the minimum wage in Tokyo (¥1,013), assuming they were working a normal job:

The average hourly wage for hololive would be ¥6,469/hour
holostars would be ¥415/hour
