This isnt a narrative. She either acts a character who does that or is actually like that irl. This kind of self harm by making yourself feel worthless is extremely common among guys and girls. It's ridiculous how many people do this. Its actually very sad and I hope she can overcome it somehow. I dont like her, but self sabotaging, dragging others into the pain and making yourself feel like this is not something id wish onto others.
