That's an aspect of the character she plays though too. She's had the belly from the start, look at that round glory. But the onigiri on her shirt is most likely a reference to something she wore on an old video, and her voice is pretty much the exact same as her past life. Who knows whether it's based off the roommate or the character, but one clear thing is Okayu just never gave a shit about hiding that stuff.
