You have a few options. The profile tells us that wild lamias live primarily in "deserts, caves in warm regions, and mountains", so you could try mountaineering while searching for them. This of course exposes you to Doromes, Gnomes, Gryphons, Harpies and a variety of other mountain MGs, but I'm sure you'll find her.

We also know that Grapesnake Kingdoms in not!Egypt also have a fair amount of lamia, so if you don't mind living in an umbral monster realm you can hop over there.

If you're more of an urbanite, then you might want to try Monstergirl City. There should be a fairly wide variety of single lamias in most neighbourhoods, and Tanuki sponsored dating services making it easier than ever to hook up.
