What's up with the ammount of Aya shota doujin ? Seriously, you'd expect that the hags would dominate the shota market, but Aya has an absurd amount of it. Or maybe is it just me having confirmation bias whenever I click on yet another doujin and it has shota tag ?

I dunno about you, but it's pretty clear in the common lore of tengu that a good chunk of them aren't born tengu but instead chose a path of Shugendo, thus becoming tengu themselves.
They're a special amongst youkai because you can actually train yourself into becoming one.

Aya carries a sword and a Browning Hi-Power. She makes her coffee with a stovetop percolator. Sometimes she types on an old mechanical typewriter because she loves the smell of ink ribbons and the affirmative crash-crash sound of the keys. Aya loves old technology from the 20th century because it just feels so solid and trustworthy.
