I agree.
My biggest gripe though is how many stories are about demons but there are very few on devils.
When writing about demons across multiple stories they mostly feel the same, but I can imagine devils being more varied and interesting.
There agressive converting of women and informal faust bargains would make for great stories

My second favorite is the atlach-nacha who also gets no love.
