Objectively, Mizuki had BY FAR the best character development and a fun dynamic storyline. The other two were just too static with absolutely no development until the last 5 minutes of the routes. Also the relationship between her and the MC was the most natural. They actually seemed like a real couple where as the other relationships felt pretty forced. I would also argue she was the best girl and the route had the most satisfying end, but that's just my opinion.
