For TW, greatly expanded(lol) milking mechanics and unique end product items depending on a girl's race. Fairy milk, hourai milk that's only put out in small amounts but gives small permanent stat icrease, oni milk with strong recovery but makes you drunk, maid milk that increases tsp, tengu +vig, kappa, doll, inchling, etc. Varying milking technique resulting in varying product qualities, like including food eaten (meats-more sta, salads-more ene, etc), maybe love, mood and some other character tags like B sensitivity, size, pride, virtue, ignorance.
Additionally, there should be cow ears from that one candy item. And a way to make lactation appear without pregnancy, either through mixing or a lot of stimulation. Maybe an option or a tag to turn it off altogether if it's not someone's thing, or maybe you don't want the local washboard to lactate but the idea of squeezing a big girl is appealing.
Certainly needs a bottling and selling system on that too. Buy L, M or S bottles, drink it yourself, feed it to someone else to start/increase lactation, sell for cash.
