I watched one of Anya's (HoloID) recent zatsudan streams while playing slither.io, and it's been bothering me since.
That was the same day or the day after when Marine did the YAGOO interview. She complained about why she has to avoid cursing in stream when YAGOO himself says they're an "Entertainment Company".
And that gets me thinking why people would accept a job at what mainly is an idol talent office if they didn't want to be one or act like one.
But then it also may mean that the idol project does not extend for the ID/EN branches, and it shouldn't be expected they need to act as such.
It juse poses so many questions and possibilities that I think about it before I sleep at night ever since.
Just a bit sad, I guess, that Sora-chan's influence and demeanor rubs off less and less the further down the line we go.
I may have to re-evaluate my view of the other branches' members in my expectations for them to be more akin to streamers than idols (the singing and dancing aspect, mostly), depending on what they convey on stream. Don't expect me to give any mercy when they try to use the idol card when it suits them. No double standards.
