It might depend on how easy/difficult it is to get a lilim mana marker, and how many humans get such markers.

Logically though lilims would be among the hardest monsters to get as a wife, simply because there are so few of them (perhaps a hundred, an unknown number already married). Still, most men either are not seeking monster wives or are not seeking lilim at least, so you'd have that in your favor.

On the other hand, lilim can give birth to lilim if their husband is powerful enough, so it'd depend too on if you would be happy with any lilim or specifically want one that Lilith gave birth to.

Now this is amusing, imagining Druella spending perhaps hours a day writing and rewriting for three years, agonizing as she tried to get every detail right.
