The Cici clique is basically a core of people that are RTPS clients, that Cici deemed worthy to keep close and basically control them. It's basically people that are being manipulated, who will only post or repost RTPS related stuff.

That group is basically the one you see every year at Anime North and the hard core is at their Niagara Falls meet.
