We don't know the exact timeframe though. It could be that Ooishi was at the residence, got the bat himself and rushed all the way to the festival, while Satoko just walked all the way there after him. Maybe she was even hiding.

Well, she is quite the actress, so I wouldn't discard her faking a reaction. That said there are scenes where she's not being looked at by any specific character where her reactions would be more from a Satoko that wasn't exactly plotting anything. In this scene for instance, she's concerned about something which most people would interpret as "she wanted those happy days with Keiichi to continue but the parents calling ruined it". K1 was not focused on her, so this would only serve to trick the viewers. But unfortunately this show is filled with scenes that are misleading.
