"Kiara" had quite the fame on internet circles in Japan around 2011~2015.
A compulsive liar and a sexual predator and whore.
In Japan she moved in with her 塾講師, and started living with him and having everything paid by him.
He later became her boyfriend while she was part of a 3人 idol group, it's unbelievable.
Then she would post lies about him in English in her blog, because she knew he and most Japanese wouldn't read it, and they were translated by 2ch and proven to be wrong.
It's strange that Cover would want to sign someone so rightfully despised in Japan like that. Kiara is a name and a 2D sprite, and there are so many deserving talented people that could have been given the chance, it's sad.

I'm talking about her ex-tutor and ex-boyfriend (pre-MARITAL relationship as she called in her post about it) that was on カツトシの放送 after their breakup.

Oh, and I forgot to add that she used to act like a camwhore on NicoLive, and her Twitter description used to be "I love gifts".
She also pretended to be in love with カツトシ on Skype in order to straight up scam him for money and gifts. I think if you search her cosplay name on google there might still be some of those videos up with them on a call, brutal.
