The classifying space of any principal O(n) bundle is the Grassmann manifold and so both EO(n) and BO(n) are actually very easy to understand, and we usually build things up from these easy-to-understand building blocks.
In this instance, given a homomorphism H(n) → O(n) from the symmetry group to the orthogonal group O(n) (the existence of which is equivalent to Coleman-Mandula) one can construct a manifold V(n) via pullback such that a bundle homomorphism from V(n) → BH(n) to EO(n) → BO(n) exists. This allows the topological data encoded in principal H(n) bundles to be understood via those in the principle O(n) bundle.

Mathematically yes, and Sanae herself had said at the beginning of WaHH that the boundary itself needed to suit the physical laws of the outside world so that things could pass through it. But whether or not if it's actually how ZUN envisioned Yukari's creation of the barrier is not clear.

Like the digits you got. Yukari has personally blessed this thread.
