I think it's less that and more we've collectively become desensitized to it. If we were amazed by the technological marvels that constantly allow us to comunicate, create, and share just about everything we do- we'd never get anything done.

There's a new Hololive gen coming out, Ninji is pushing into the EN market, Vshoujo just grouped up and formalized.
The vtuber space for global audiences is increasingly becoming more crowded. The conditions for how hard EN inclined, and specifically Gura, just aren't there anymore. She'll hit 2mil eventually, sure, but I'm thinking closer to summer than anything.
I would much rather be wrong and this be screencaped, later watching a bunch of posts in January laughing at me
