Last time I checked KLab reported decreasing profits due to LLSIFAS not performing well. the popularity of the mobile games seems to be declining quite a bit.

But Love Live Sunshine seems to be a success, at least this far. Liella should surely stay around for a few more years, as long as they make a profit. they are fresh, they are young, they are interesting, they should be fine.

For Aqours, well, I think they'll either manage to keep the current support level and then go on another 5 years (maybe even 10 if no knees start exploding) or they'll lose more and more support and will be disbanded in the next 2 to 3 years. a less likely possibility would be guilty kiss going on and the rest will disband or something along those lines.
but even if everything stays the same for the next years, I'll definitely think that Aqours will loose a lot of support once they reach their mid 30s, sadly female seiyuu/idols are rarely relevant past that age.

a new Love Live Sunshine anime or ova would be something that could catapult Aqours back into popularity but for some stupid reason Sunrise doesn't seem to want to create more Love Live Sunshine content at all.
a good Cyazalea Kiss ova or a Love Live Sunshine College days anime could break with the known format, bring some fresh ideas into Love Live, grab attention and bring new fans into the franchise. but that's not going to happen.

I think it will be crucial to see what kind of crowds Aqours and Liella can attract during 2022 to 2203.
