Anon, you need to watch Mary more because she didn't change that much since she started streaming.
A lot of the old solo zatsudan streams are late at night after she worked all day. This is why she sounds quiet and reserved because she was tired. If you didn't know she was still working in a company while also streaming.
The stream you posted is another example of what she does a lot where she writes a setting to act on stream. If you watch more of these streams you can hear her changing the page. She also does that on the ASMR streams.
There is also a lot of enthusiastic streams where she is not tired and a lot of them happens when she is playing games or doing normal zatsudan.
