These nerfs did fuck all. It's still nearly silent, flying arrows still have crazy range and it requires only 3 hits to kill white/blue shields and 4 hits to kill purple/red ones. Pre-nerf it would kill purples in 3 hits, now it leaves them with 20 hp.
