Well I can headcanon that she learned to control her urges somewhat better since then. Canonically the MC being a good person forces a better side of his servants out similar to how previously in the franchise psychotic masters made their servants like Gilles de Rais and Jack the Ripper even more murderous.
Even servants like Kingprotea that outright desire to eat what they love learn how to hold back that urge. I don’t see why Barghest would be different.
