Hi. Does anyone have an up-to-date version of this guide?
If not, then can anyone suggest me in which order (in-universe chronology) should I continue reading the remaining works? (everything starting from October 2018)

Here's a slightly outdated reading guide.
Personally I waited until clearing IN to get into the printworks. Start semi-chronologically with stuff like Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red and Perfect Memento in Strict Sense for character/setting bios.

Bougetsushou is one story, it just alternates between comics (Touhou Bougetsushou ~ Silent Sinner in Blue) and text (Touhou Bougetsushou ~ Cage in Lunatic Runagate). If you're skipping random chapters you'll just get confused.

Japanese fans don't even remember the English subtitles of things, so mistaking it for two independent works is far less common. Even when they're talking about the manga part specifically they call it "the Bougetsushou manga".
