Hina is the best debuffer in the game and can turn any boss who is not immune to debuff into a joke. All debuffs used on her are actually positive buffs if you have her learn the skill. In the early versions she was able to solo many bosses because there is a subclass that allows you to regen health based on the strenght of the debuffs you have on that char. Now the regen is nerfed for Hina.

Aya is stupidly fast and can mess up many fights if you give her the diva subclass.

Nitori has a skill that doubles the effects of any item she wears which becomes really good once you get endgame items.

Flan with the gambler subclass, your best damage items and buffs can kill almost anything in one hit, especially if it's weak to fire or shadow. Even the final boss in the base game gets destroyed by her in 2-3 attacks. Pic related is not even with full buffs/debuffs.

Komachi is the best tank and pretty much never dies under normal conditions.

Yuyuko has absurdly high chances to kill in one hit which can end many random battles in 1 move.
