No, it won't. If Okuu doesn't die of radiation that means that her body is unaffected by it completely. If it can't absorb radiation it can't emit it too. Okuu should be perfectly safe when she's not operating in her reactor. All she need to do is to very thoroughly wash of all radioactive dust and dirt before she returns home.

I was glad to see Okuu win her match against Shou and Byakuren. Seeing her lose and be sad would cause a little bit of me to die inside.
