Yeah, there's playing it up for the character, then there's wounding her friendship with FBK tier overstepping. I know that feeling. Like me, you probably have a large escapism problem when it comes to your obligations. The only advice I can give you is to tell yourself constantly that running won't make the problem go away, just make it stack up like it has for you with your papers. Use this happening as lesson and a catalyst not to fall into the same pitfall again. You might be in trouble now but as long as you're alive you can strive to be better than the you of today.
