I have played so fucking many, I can't count. It's just another genre for me. I won't name them all since it's so long. Currently though, I'm playing:

Action Taimanin (one of my favorite series, I can't say no to those orc onaholes. Pretty much Baby Ninja Gaiden... and that is stil Ninja fucking Gaiden)
Guardian Tales (it's full of soul, even if cringy sometimes, it's a really comfy little universe. Good pixel art action RPG)
Genshin Impact (it's the best. Not even close. A whole different level that will change gacha forever)

I was playing 2 others more, but I quit them since I didn't have any kind of fun with them anymore (I don't even remember the names! Holy shit!) But yeah, besides the one I'm playing, I heartly recommend Sdorica. It's truly a beautiful non-jew gacha game. Such a pretty game.

Very surprinsingly, the best gacha games are from... China. Well. Rayark (Sdorica) is from Taiwan...
