Yeah, that what makes me mad. The previous velvet girls were not only just fuckable, they were canonically fucked by MCs. And now they are not fuckable at all.
Though I don't know why you brought up lolis from previous games. Maiko and Nanako weren't fuckable. But Ken sure as hell was fuckable, and he was actual real kid while those two (or 3 if you count fusion) are ∞ yo magical creatures in form of lolis.
