A timer definitely would help. Hear something funny or interesting in stream and look at the streamer's clock/timestamp, then look for it in the VOD.
I don't try to synch threads to VODs, but the times can be around 5 minutes off for me at most. Take note of the earliest post mentioning what happened on stream (local timestamps) and if you're lucky enough, youtube is showing when the stream started (or how long ago it ended), then do the math.

One of the things I like most about Kiara is her bold attitude when it comes to being silly.
She mentioned that, as a kid, she used to brag about being able to do those frog sounds and is quite proud of it.
It's not often you see and hear a person unafraid of displaying silly shit that was awesome as a kid but is considered lewd once you become an adult. She won me over during that Sakuna stream.

Kiara realy is like the sun, casting her rays of smiles and love over us all. She makes me feel special.
She's funny and outgoing, not afraid of looking like a clown. I really like that about her.

I assume it was done on their own. Gotta have some uniquity amongst the hordes of KFP employees. I've also seen some apparent non-members with custom titles.
A lot of them are pretty amusing and the custom really pushes the image of a community; pretty comfy.
I once saw a KFP Manager say something like "Los Angeles branch reporting in" at the start of a stream.
