Thus far, speaking strictly as far as utility and power mix goes. I'd say Centaurs and any caster (Dark Mage/Witch/Lich ect.) are best. Dragons close third, but they would be too difficult to utilize most of the time. Lilim would be a candidate, but it's unlikely one would ever take orders from, or help a human unless it was life or death for either party. At the very least, would not bother with tasks they consider beneath them.
