The Gou manga largely follows the anime, with some differences, though in general the execution is a little better.
There's some substantial differences in Tataridamashi, especially with the ending having some large changes, though it still broadly follows the same plot. Rika is also allowed to actually show emotion here.
Nekodamashi shares some scenes, but the focus is very different, and it vastly expands on some of them, while also changing the setup for the subsequent arcs after Rika finds out about Satoko.
The Meguri manga is even more different, reworking much of St. Lucia and Satoko's loops to the point where the characters are actually recognizable instead of being forced into a role to fit the plot, no matter how out of character it would be.
