I'm checking the official art and it seems there are some specific physical differences between Alp and succubi.
From all of the official art I saw I think I can deduce that:

>Most Monster Girls of the Succubus Family have horns pointing upwards.
>The only memebers of the succubi family with downward-looking horns are Alps.
>Amazons have a single, right-side sideways(and slightly downwards)-looking horn.
>Lilims can have both upwards and downwards horns, judging from Druella and the Lilim profile.
>Alps actually have thicker tails than other memebers of the Succubus family.

Other than that there's much difference to be able to identify one.
Take into consideration that this might just be how a single of the members of this species look like, so there might be Amazons with a single horn on their left side, Succubi with downward horns or Alps with fine tails.
