I was thinking about it before there was an entry and you'd either need something like two heads, a head on the snake tail or at least a ridiculous amalgamation of horns, ears and colours, so the heterochromia do that well enough. Basically a three-headed manticore so has to go full fabulous to not make it look same-old shit or creepy with three heads somewhere.
