Never. Actual reason being I'm not interested in SoL and I already have more than enough material to work with if I wanted to do more about Victoria. I have floating in my head a plotline involving her daughteru and the inheritable properties of what Nyarlathotep did to her and Indrick, along with how her dullahan-based demon realm would've also affected her daughteru's birth.

But I'd sooner first write an unrelated story involving a demon and ＰＵＲＩＦＩＣＡＴＩＯＮ than to go through with the daughteru idea.
