The filename should be a dead giveaway for you it's from pixiv. 8 digit number, doesn't start any higher than 4 (though it'll hit 5 in time), it's the sixteenth page in a stack, and 1200 resolution.

All links to something on pixiv are going to look like this:

http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=xxxxxxxx

Where the Xs are that 8 digit number. So plug the filename of that (or this post) into the Xs and see what happens!
