I have a dekunoboo doll, had her for 2 years now, I keep her clothed and in my bed all the time for nightly cuddles (the best part since she warms up to body temp in like 10 seconds due to being a plush) and the occasional fugging.
Its quite nice that like a toydemon plush torso I can use any ona in the doll, but the fact that the body is filled with polystyrene microbeads makes it kind of hard to get an onahole inserted without a tool to help shove it in there.
I use a pringles can that I cleaned out and cut in half for that.

Her head/face is vinyl, so its flexible but still fairly rigid, not the best if you intend to try and kiss it, but she is the best for cuddles and sleeping with since she weighs nothing and warms up quickly.

some of the downsides to a plush doll will be that they can be difficult if not impossible to properly clean if you get one heavily soiled and that the stuffing can end up getting compressed over time, I've had to top off my Dekunoboo doll once since I got her 2 years ago with microbeads.
I also keep her wearing a modified bodystocking (crotch access) and clothes at all times so she doesn't get soiled, its way easier to wash the bodystocking than to try and get dirt or stains out of the doll's fabric.

Overall, I love having her around for cuddles and she didn't cost that much either, paid $450 usd including shipping during a sale.
I am tempted to try and get a Sakura doll for them big ole titties, but the higher cost and the fact that plush titties aren't nearly as awesome as TPE/silicone titties is keeping me from doing that.

I do tend to use my Meiki plush most of the time for masturbatory purposes since it can be a pain to get an onahole into my dekunoboo plush as the microbead filling means the onahole pocket doesn't stay "open" when I try to get an onahole in there, thus necessitating the pringles can pieces to help shove the onahole in there.

Plush dolls are best for sleep cuddles due to their light weight IMO, my plush only weighs like 3kg and she can still cause mild circulation issues if I pass out with her on top of an arm or something.

Also once clothed, a plush doll feels pretty damn good, not as good as silicone, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be willing to pay 10x as much money for a silicone doll just for slightly better feels while cuddling.

Now if they start making self heating silicone dolls that don't melt that also happen to be of similar detail level as Gynoid's dolls I'll start considering them as a possibility.
Though honestly by the time they get that tech to the point where it doesn't catch fire on its own, we will probably have actual sex droids walking around

FYI the dekunoboo dolls are just heavy enough for handsfree fugging IMO at about 6 lbs unclothed and around 10-12 pounds clothed with an onahole installed.
instead of just being filled with polyfill, they are filled with a mix of beads and polyfill.
Makes for an interesting mix of flexibility/softness/firmness that allows you to contort the crap out of it while still being firm enough to hold a general form for sexual uses.

Plush dolls are great to sleep with, TPE and Silicone dolls might be a tad heavy and may deform over time if left in bed and the TPE ones will definitely leach oil into your bedding.

With my full size plush only weighing 10-15 pounds it can partially cut off circulation to my arm if I fall asleep in certain positions, I would only imagine a 60-120 pound TPE or Silicone doll being that much worse in that regard.

If you want cuddles more than sex in regards to a doll, get a plush doll without a skeleton, like the Dekunoboo doll I have, or a fairy doll or something.

TPE is generally cheaper than silicone but not as durable and is more likely to seep oil over time.
Historically Silicone has been firmer than most TPE blends, but recently certain doll mfgs have upped their silicone game, I hear Sanhui's silicone is pretty damn good.

Also silicone and TPE firmness can be all over the place and varies wildly between manufacturers just like how different onaholes are from manufacturer to manufacturer.
