I was thinking more that Orin is sitting down while Okuu is standing up, causing Okuu's chest to press against Orin's face at times. And Okuu would definetely be bigger since she's the tallest in Soku which would make her more developed than most characters according to the law of japanese 2D where the taller, more mature a woman is the bustier she will be. I'd say about 2 or 3 cups bigger than Orin.
