Dolphin has a special hand

It's time for yet another reunion for the Grassroots Youkai Network. Seems like they're discussing ways to make themselves look scarier to the human village. Sekibanki appears to have come up with a plan involving a hooded Kagerou baiting a young villager near the Misty Lake, only to run off. Then, Wakasagihime would call for someone, hoping for the young man to come closer to the Lake, and bring him with her, or so that's what she's been told.
The next day, everything sets itself in motion. A young, willing villager who simply wishes to help the strange woman he just met is brought to the Misty Lake. Hidden by bushes, Wakasagihime calls for help, and as expected of Sekibanki's genius plan, the naive villager heads towards the lake. This is Wakasagihime's chance! She grabs her victim with impressive strength, pulling him with her! Confusion & fear hardly have time to settle in the villager's mind that he is met with the pretty smile of a mermaid. "It worked! I did it!" She claimed innocently, unaware of the fate she was supposed to bestow upon that poor villager, merely happy to have successfully fulfilled her friend's request, or did she?
A few minutes after that whole ordeal, this confused, but nonetheless happy villager would leave Waggy's embrace and be baited back to the village by Kagerou as if nothing happened. Waggy was in for a scolding by Sekibanki, who thought for sure she'd understand that these humans are merely preys for her, but a puzzled Wakasagihime only saw a friend that she could spend time with, and someone to show her seashell collection to, perhaps even a charming prince that would take her to explore the world with, like in these cute fairy tale books Kagerou once brought her. A disappointed Sekibanki sighs, unable to bring herself to further punish such a sweet individual.
