A combination of terrible construction and stylization, but mainly actually the color scheme. The legs are repulsively muscular looking in comparison to the arms and rest of the body, knees look like tuors, campletoe is about 3X the size it should be, as are their entire lower body honestly. The faces aren't good either, they're aysymmetrical in the worst way, the foreheads look weirdly small, the hair shading looks closer to velvet than hair, the clothing folds are just straight up comically bad, they miscolored gura's outfit and actually got it wrong as they did for ame, and the pose has no line of action since the legs are cut down. It looks like they're on the verge of falling over and since we can't actually see the shape of their spine it can also look like their entire bodies are aysymmetrical. The cloves on gura are also horrendous and the general proportions of everything scream bimbofication which any sane human being should be against. Color theory is horrid on too many levels to explain but just looking at the color of the shadows it gives off that "black airbrush been on Devientart for 2 weeks" vibe.
