You virtually always have dreams, it's just that in the time it takes you to pick up your phone, look at your alarm, or even go take the morning piss, the memory deteriorates almost instantly. If you want to remember all of your dreams 100% of the time, leave physical stickynote on your phone/alarm screen before you do anything. This way, when you wake up, the first thing you think of is the dream, and you will remember it every morning no matter what.
>I know it doesn't sound like it works but as someone who used to think I "never had dreams", I realized I dream every night, you do as well.
