Is there a good onahole that is actually easy to use?

I've had around 10+ onaholes over the years. They're nice but I hate the setup and cleanup. I used to have a mouse just for fapping but it's too much work.

Is there something like a Tomax in a fleshlight package where I don't have to touch the actual material and get starchy shit everywhere?
