I have the book myself so I can't really say. Except to suggest that if you want more people to notice your offer you may want to include a pic with the offer so it stands out more.

Since it seems a number of people still haven't seen a lot of the settings info, I'll go ahead and post a section I posted quite a number of threads ago.
