I'll let you know that, in the context of further studying "L'Eve Future", I've read about the very origins of hypnosis in the context of XIX century's clinical treatment of hysteria (specially about Jean-Martin Charcot's work at the Salpêtrière)... and it's always been a pile of shit: nothing but theatricality all along.

I guess the deceive is part of the charm, just like with magic tricks; but I just don't dig that, it's too dishonest. Anyway, her antics at the rest of the episode were great.
